This pink red and blue abstract painting is part of my series called ‘hidden joy’. The series main focus is on glimmers.  Glimmers are those small moments of your day that bring you joy or calm.  They are the opposite of triggers.

This particular glimmer painting is based on that electric feeling you get when you’re with your girls (or people) the sun is going down, there is a spectacular sunset and you’re on your way out for the summers evening ahead.  The air is warm and buzzy.  You’re happy and excited for what the night ahead will bring and the ridiculous stories you’ll create. but most importantly you feel content. Sounds a bit wanky? Maybe, but don’t tell me you don’t know the feeling i’m talking about!
