Send a Glimmer – how does it work?

Send some happy post to a loved one who needs to know your thinking of them, or to yourself if you would like some cheery post too.  When you order please write the message you would like me to include in the notes section when you check out and I will send direct to your loved one.  Remember to use their address for delivery! However, if you’d prefer to keep your message private I can send it blank to you.

What do you get?

– A hand painted holographic vinyl sticker.  Design is a colourful abstract with happy face sticker and each one is unique.  Choose which number you would like from the drop down menu when you order – approx 5.4cm wide x 8.4cm high  Please note as they are hand painted they are all unique which means some vary slightly in size.

– Mini print of a colourful abstract with smiley face. There are two designs which are chosen by me at random.  If you particularly like one however please mention in the notes when you order. Printed on 350 gsm paper with soft matt finish on front. Back has a description of glimmers and also space for a personalised message. 10.5 x 14.8cm

– Gold envelope to really make it special – includes card to avoid bending

– Free postage, sent via Royal mail 2nd class (free postage for UK only sorry!)

So what are Glimmers?

A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger. They are the small simple moments of your day that spark joy, peace or help you feel calm, connected and safe. They elevate your mood even when you are experiencing a bad day. The more you tune into them the more you notice which can enhance your mental health.

This mini print and sticker were inspired by glimmers. Pop them somewhere you will see regularly to help you look for the glimmers in your life.

A bit of background

I’m Georgie and I am a colour obsessed artist from Bristol.  I know, I know every artist says that but colours around me really do change my mood and I believe that colour can truly have a huge impact the way we all feel.

I found out about glimmers last summer and i’ve been pretty hooked on the idea of them ever since.  As I mentioned the right colours really lift my mood so I started exploring my abstracts more and created pieces that when I looked at them they became my own glimmers.  Happy faces have always sparked joy for me (how can they not) so of course they had to feature too.  I hope these pieces bring you happiness too.
